Marty Molitoris, founder of Alpine Endeavors, LLC and author of An Ice Climber's Guide to the Catskill Mountains, will share his first-hand accounts of climbing and guiding in our backyard, the Catskills. An AMGA certified rock and alpine guide and AMGA board member, Marty has been climbing and guiding in the area since 1990. He recently published the third edition of the guidebook and will also share with us his experience of building the guidebook – from the ground, on the ice, and in the air from a Cessna!
