A spring Section tradition, the annual Adirondack Outing at the exclusive Ausable Club near Keene Valley is not to be missed. Activities include: rock climbing (backcountry routes or cragging), hiking in the adjacent High Peaks, swimming and boating on the private Ausable Lakes or golf, tennis and lawn bowls on the property. This also happens to be the weekend of the 12th Annual Great Adirondack Trail Run for those so inclined. Available spots for the weekend are limited.
